Fundae
Im aktuellen Artikel auf Der-Englisch-Blog kam das Wort Sundae vor und wie immer konnte ich nur an eines denken: richtig, ein passendes Simpsons-Zitat.
(Ein Sundae ist ein Eisbecher, ausgesprochen wird das Wort genauso wie Sunday.)

Ice Cream Store Guy: It’s a Sundae that’s FUN!
Homer: I like that. But I’m on a bit of a health kick, so I’ll take the low-fat vanilla. With the following toppings: Snickles, Gooey Bears, Charlottesville Chew, Nice ‘n Many, Kat Kit, Herschel Smooches, Mrs. Badbar, and Milk Dudes.
Ice Cream Store Guy: Cone or cup?
Homer: Uhh… Cone. [the ice cream store guy gasps and presses a button and balloons and a banner come down out of the ceiling. The song "Celebration" starts playing.]
Manager: [shaking his hand for a photograph] Congratulations! You just purchased the one millionth ice cream cone sold by this store.
Homer: Oh my God! This is amazing! …Say, I’m going to be driving — I’ll go for the cup. [the banner begins to go back into the ceiling]
Everyone: No!
Homer: Fine, cone. [all the celebration begins again] WHAT’S THIS?!
